How to reset IQOS 3, DUO

This way of resetting works with IQOS 3, DUO and IQOS Multi.

  1. Press and hold the button on the charger, with Multi it's the heating button
  2. After 8 seconds, all IQOS indicator lights go out.
  3. The reset is complete after all the lights are on again.

If the reset did not solve your problems, only the complaint remains (How to file a complaint), or you can try to call the Customer Care Center where they give you more information.
